Bio
I grew up on a farm in New Hampshire, and later my family and I moved to Concord, Massachusetts. Because I grew up in an artistic family, I began painting and drawing at an early age.
I attended Wilmington College where I minored in Art and spent my time studying Anthropology. This included a semester-long Art History Program in Europe with George Schroeder offered through Hiram College. Afterwards, I went on to earn an MFA in Painting from Washington University in Saint Louis. For several years, I pursued photography while I worked full time; and for five years, I had the opportunity to use a friend’s printmaking studio where I produced Monoprints.
I’ve once again found my way back to expressing myself through painting and creating prints.
